Terms & Conditions.

Booking:

  • My books open on the 15th of each month. Same day appointments are available If advertised. Any questions, feel free to contact me, 469-207-1145, preferably text.

  • All appointments require a nonrefundable, nontransferable, $35 booking fee that will be deducted from the final cost of your service. The payment must be made on my booking site.

  • Squeeze in/ after hours/rushed/ appointments are available upon request with an additional fee of $35 added on. Please TEXT me at 469-207-1145 to inquire.

  • Keep in mind that eyelash extensions take time. I blocked out a time duration where I've been able to complete within; in most cases I've been done way sooner and others longer. I would not go any longer 15mins if needed— I'll be sure to let you know.

  • I do not fill over foreign sets. You will have to get a removal and a fresh full set.

  • Please come to the appointment with a clean face and no eye makeup, it will allow my job to be a lot easier. If I have to clean your lashes due to makeup there will be a $10 up-charge*

    • *I cannot guarantee I will be finished on time or if the results of your lashes will meet its full potential due to time being taken away.

  • All services are final sale. Any issues or concerns should be addressed in the first 72 hours. You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel without penalty. After you will no longer be able to use your deposit for a future appointment.

Add On Services:

  • Bottom lashes are an add on service.

  • Lash removals can be an add on service free of charge

    • If you have plenty of lashes left on, you must book a removal..

  • Glitter and colored lashes are an add on service. In the description I will include what colors are available.

Tardiness/Cancellations:

  • I am aware of traffic and understand situations may occur beyond your control. I allow a 10 minute grace period to all clients. At the 15 minute mark and beyond, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment or charge you a $15 late fee if I still accept your appointment. Please notify me if you are going to be late or if you have to cancel.

  • LATE CANCELATION:

    • Same day cancellations may result In a $30 charge to rebook. The fee has to be paid before you can book a new appointment.

  • NO CALL NO SHOW

    • No call no show clients will be charged half the cost of the service. In order to book again, a deposit of half the cost of the future service will be required.

Payments

  • Exact cash is the most preferred.

  • Credit/debit and apple pay are accepted via card reader.

  • Zelle.

  • Tips will be accepted by other forms of payment.
